Abstract
Clear aligners treatment becomes more common and many traditional “brackets companies” shift towards aligners. Yet, the predictability of our 3D virtual plan is still not satisfactory. The pre-congress course will give tips how to succeed in treating various malocclusions such as crowding, class II and III, interdisciplinary cases and Teen and First. Digital workflow protocols will be discussed and demonstrated.

Rafi Romano DMD, MSc
Dr. Rafi Romano, a specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics (earned at Hebrew University, Hadassah Jerusalem), maintains a private orthodontic practice in Tel Aviv, emphasizing adult and esthetic orthodontics.
Dr. Romano is AAO Ambassador representing the Israel Orthodontic Society. He is an Active Member of the EAED (European Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry). He is the editor of 6 books, the last one was published recently, “Orthodontic Mindset”, Quintessence publishing 2025.
Dr. Romano is a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Esthetic Dentistry – IJED. He is an Invisalign Diamond II Provider, an Advisory Board Member for Align Technologies, and lectures worldwide on esthetic orthodontics and adult multidisciplinary orthodontic treatment.
